1. General description of the service

WH Aparthotel in Bad Neustadt an der Saale rents out 29 studios and apartments in three houses for one night up to several months. On this website we provide information on units, prices, amenities and location and accept enquiries.

2. How it works

You choose travel dates, number of guests and category and send a non-binding enquiry. The form opens your e-mail program with a prepared message; alternatively call +49 9771 8583 or e-mail office@wh-aparthotel.de. There is no online payment, customer account or login. We confirm your booking personally.

3. How the website meets the requirements

We follow the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA referenced therein, in particular:

• Perceivable: text alternatives for meaningful images, visualisations labelled, contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, no information conveyed by colour alone.
• Operable: full keyboard operation, visible focus, skip link, touch-friendly controls, no time limits.
• Understandable: clear language, consistent navigation, labelled form fields, content in German and English.
• Robust: semantic HTML with heading structure, language markup, ARIA for menu, dialogs and galleries.
• Motion: animations are disabled automatically if your device requests reduced motion and can be switched off at any time.
• Adjust display: the icon at the bottom left lets you set text size, high contrast, motion, link highlighting, line spacing and a readable font. The page can be zoomed to 200 % without loss of content.

Known limitations: the intro animation ends after three seconds at most. The automatic image change in the hero can be paused with the pause button or switched off entirely via “Reduce motion”. Floor plans are images; the key facts (size, bed, amenities) are also given as text.
